Our process begins with a complete evaluation of your property. Almost every item will require its own specialized cleaning method. We will assess each item to determine if it can be restored and if it can be cleaned on-site or at our own facility.

Items that may be included in the content cleaning process:

• Fabrics
• Furniture
• Photos

For your items that cannot be cleaned on-site, we will pack them up and transport them to our own state-of-the-art facility.

 This process includes:

• Taking inventory of your items
• Packing and transporting them to our location
• Providing you with a copy of your inventory
• Cleaning, restoring and deodorizing the items
• Carefully returning your items to your home when all restoration is complete



You'll be provided with tracking and documentation of your items throughout the process and you'll always have easy access to them if necessary.
