    Yes. SCCS can come to your home or business to conduct mold testing. We do both surface testing when there is the suspicion of mold growing in a certain area, or air testing to deduct mold that have become airborne.  It does not take long for the technician to gather the samples. We then send the samples to a lab and results are usually in within 7 business days.

  • Should I have my home or business tested for mold?

    If you suspect mold in your home or business, it is recommended that you have mold testing done. However, you can have mold testing done even if you do not see any signs of mold, but simply would like the testing completed for peace of mind.

  • What are the health effects of mold exposure?

    Health effects of mold exposure can include mild symptoms that are very similar to seasonal allergy symptoms, such as coughing, sneezing, sore throat, skin irritation, watery eyes, congestion, and headache. Mold exposure can also cause severe reactions in some individuals, such as infections and potentially life-threatening diseases.

  • What do I do if mold is found in my home or business?
